Procurement and Sourcing for all the direct and Indirect categories expense-Spend Analysis on various ongoing transaction to identify saving opportunity-Various Reports I.e. cost take out (Saving), Budget Vs Actual spend-Vendor/Project/Region/function wise spend analysis and present to Business and executive level-Contact and catalog management for direct and Indirect categories of spend-Rate card and rebate program with OEMs for high value projects-Material master and group classifications projects-Integration with Client to includes carrying out all commercial discussions-Supplier/ Vendor Management - Supplier outreach, registration, feedback, performance assessment and supplier master data management-Preparing category wise RFP documents and do evaluation and qualification of suppliers/ Vendors through RFI structured ranking parameters and accountable for negotiations with suppliers-Supplier/ Vendor contract and Statement of Work (SOW) drafting & negotiations-Project risk assessment to predict success/saving estimates.
