   Review technical submissions (Method Statement, FAT, SAT Procedure) and participate in the construction, installation, testing and commissioning (FAT, SAT) of Communication System.• Monitor contractor’s compliance with QA/QC procedures and advise Communication Manager on non-conformance and appropriate remedial / corrective measures.• Site installation, Testing & commissioning (Fiber Optics Cable, CCTV, PABX, PIDS, Public Address System, UPS and Rectifier System, Access Control & Intrusion Alarm System, EHPS, Time Distribution System, Voice Recording System, Fault Reporting System, Radio Communication System).• Coordinate with the interfaces of works progress with other sub-system including Signaling, Communication, Electrification, Civil and E&M.• Coordinates, compile and prepare the necessary reports i.e. daily reports, weekly reports, recovered material and other reports as required and ensure timely submission.• Review the red line drawing at site and ensure all the comments been transferred to the As- Built drawing.
