ABOUT MOHAMMAD REZAEI

As a product manager at Snapp, I lead the development and launch of innovative and user-centric solutions for the largest ride-hailing platform in the Middle East. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and to deliver high-quality features and services that meet the users\' needs and expectations. With a background in IT engineering and a passion for user experience design, I constantly seek to improve the usability, accessibility, and satisfaction of Snapp!\'s products. I have completed a UX design certificate from Amanj Academy and applied the best practices and principles of UX to Snapp!\'s app. I also leverage my agile methodologies skills to manage the product backlog, prioritize the tasks, and coordinate the sprints and releases, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of the product. Meanwhile, I have a Master of Business Administration degree from Allameh Tabataba\'i University, where I learned the essential skills and knowledge to manage and grow a successful business in a competitive and dynamic environment. I aim to combine my technical, design, and business acumen to create impactful and sustainable products that solve real-world problems and create value for the users and the company.
