Coordinated daily with Coal Handling Plant (CHP), plant operations, and security teams to ensure smooth, safe, and on-time truck movement from mines to plant premises. Ensured 100% vehicle placement at mines through daily follow-ups with transporters, achieving targeted coal lifting and uninterrupted coal supply to plant sites. Led fund planning and closely monitored monthly disbursements of ₹20– 22 crore for inbound coal logistics operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial execution. Performed comprehensive reconciliation of outstanding transporter payments and secured No-Dues Certificates to maintain audit and compliance. Prepared and maintained accurate documentation, including transporter allotment to mines, payment advice, deduction statements, debit notes, and payment tracking records. Led weekly and monthly fund planning aligned with financial forecasts, collaborating closely with Finance & Accounts teams to ensure adequate liquidity for road freight payments. Reduced Truck Turnaround Time (TAT) by implementing route planning, loading optimization at mines, and improved unloading coordination at plant sites. Monitored and evaluated transporter performance metrics to enhance sourcing capacity from mines, delivery reliability, and overall plant-side operational efficiency
