Job Purpose:The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering international recruitment projects on time and within budget while meeting client expectations. The role involves coordinating with global clients, internal recruitment teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of staffing solutions across borders.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & ManagementDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables for overseas recruitment campaigns.Develop detailed project plans including resource allocation, milestones, and deadlines.Coordinate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.Client & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for international clients during the project lifecycle.Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Provide regular updates, project status reports, and post-project evaluations.
