ABOUT MOHAMMAD MAZHARUDDIN

TÜV-certified (TX23••••72) Engineer with 9.5 years of experience across semiconductor (CSS and processor platforms) and automotive safety-critical development. I lead ISO 26262 safety delivery for CSS (Compute Sub System) and Safety Island-style architectures, and support processor/software deliverables such as Arm Cortex-M55 STL and Arm Cortex-R82 STL. I develop architecture-level sequence/data-flow diagrams, drive Safety Plan/Safety Case, produce Safety Manual/DIR, and perform system-level analyses (FMEDA, FTA, DFA, DFMEA/SW FMEA) with SPFM/LPFM/PMHF metrics to meet ASIL-B/ASIL-D targets. I have hands-on experience with Cadence Midas (FMEDA) and Synopsys ZOIX (fault simulation/diagnostic coverage), including defining the top-level safety toolchain/workflow, performing tool classification, and conducting third-party IP safety evaluations. I maintain requirements/architecture traceability in Dimensions RM/DOORS and Enterprise Architect, and work with assessors/customers (e.g, Exida, TÜV SÜD) to support assessments/audits, close findings, and deliver compliant releases. I also bring Tier-1 experience with direct OEM interaction, including supporting ISO 26262 hardware audits and technical discussions with Hyundai-Kia Motors (HKMC), South Korea.I also bring strong analog design and validation experience: OrCAD PSpice, DxDesigner, Altium; power/analog (SMPS/DC-DC, LDOs, regulators), PDN and power budgeting; lab bring-up/debug (Yokogawa scopes, logic analyzers, DMMs); SPI, ripple and timing analysis; and HSIS/POD-style documentation. Planning/scheduling and leading cross-functional execution to deliver on-time releases.
