For over three decades, six consortium hospitals have worked together to provide critically ill and injured patients with the advanced level of care they require; relying on Boston MedFlight as their lifeline. There is no other program in the United States that features this type of collaboration. Boston MedFlight coordinates with these leading medical centers, putting all competition aside, to make the very best decision for the patient. His or her interests are always considered above and before everything else. Our daily mission is to provide the right vehicle to the right patient at the right time and transport them to the right facility. In early 2017, Lahey Hospital & Medical Center joined the Boston MedFlight consortium after working together for many years. LHMC represents the first new addition to the Consortium since inception of Boston MedFlight.
