About Mohammad Khoshjahan
I received my MS and PhD degrees in electrical power engineering from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, and Texas A&M University, College Station, TX, respectively. Currently, I work at Plus Power as an electricity market analyst where our focus in planning and deployment of utility-scale battery storage systems for power grid reliability enhancement under high renewable generation penetration. I am mainly interested in the electricity markets, optimization models, data analytics, renewable generation, DERs, energy storage systems, and smart grids. I also served as the technical chair at the 2021 Texas Power and Energy Conference (TPEC 2021).
