At Dev Group\'s Bromine Extraction Unit, I oversee the smooth operation of Chemical Process as a DCS Operator. My Responsibilities include monitoring Process parameters via YOKOGAWA CENTUM DCS, Executing Equipment trials ( leak test, no- load/ load), and supervising pipeline erection and testing. I ensure safe handling and transfer of Huzardus Chemicals like Bromine, chlorine, Hydrochloric acid. I also load ISO tanker inspections, Pressure test, and Bromine bottling Operations while ensuring SOP compliance. I proactively coordinate with the department, generate shift and daily reports, and maintain housekeeping and safety logs. My role requires continuous Process monitoring and quick decision making during Emergencies to avoid downtime. This position has strengthened my expertise in glass reaction and purification systems, PHE operations, and Raw materials logistics. My impect lies in maintaining safe and efficient production, minimising process deviation, and contributing to the plant\'s operational reliability.
