Working as a DevOps Engineer, with concepts of Serverless architecture and provided maintenance over all the CI-CD tools in AWS/Azure Cloud infrastructure. Provide Day-to-day Operational Support (Release Management, Deployments and Triage Support) for Applications running in DEV, QA, UAT, Performance Testing and Production environments. Designed and implemented CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated testing, building, and deployment of applications integrated with IBM MQ. Wrote scripts and code for automating tasks at different levels of build and release using PowerShell, Python, Groovy, etc. Wrote Ansible playbooks using YAML and deployed applications. Tested playbooks on AWS instances using Python. Installed, Managed and Configured monitoring tools such as Splunk, Nagios, ELK (Elastic Search, Log Stash, Kibana), Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and Logging. Configured web servers (IIS, Nginx) to enable caching, CDN application servers, and load balancers. Strong experience with SQL and MySQL as well as with NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Word Press and Oracle 10.X. Integrated and customized Jira to streamline issue tracking, release management, and collaboration across development and operations teams. Provided 24x7 support on the production servers on a rotation basis and was involved in creating documentation.
