I am a Senior Associate – Scrum and Project Management with strong expertise in Agile delivery, software testing, and enterprise-grade platform execution, currently leading cross-functional teams across complex fintech and digital onboarding ecosystems. With a foundation in quality assurance and validation, I manage programs not only from a delivery perspective but also from risk, compliance, and operational stability, which is essential for banking, KYC, and data-driven platforms.I have played a critical role in delivering and stabilizing high-impact systems such as Cheque Validation Systems, Deduplication Applications, AI-driven data extraction APIs, AOF validation engines, CPV workflows, CKYC, and Video KYC platforms. These platforms process sensitive financial and identity data, and I ensure every release is fully tested, traceable, audit-ready, and production-safe before go-live.As a Scrum Master and Project Coordinator, I manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across multiple parallel teams. I coordinate developers, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams, ensuring dependencies are addressed early, priorities remain realistic, and delivery commitments are met. I continuously track sprint health, velocity, spillovers, and backlog quality to keep teams aligned with business goals.Beyond Scrum ceremonies, I handle day-to-day delivery management including task allocation, release planning, environment readiness, and cross-team dependency resolution. I work closely with DevOps teams for deployments, API readiness, and environment stability, while aligning UI/UX teams with real business and compliance workflows.I am deeply involved in client and stakeholder communication, including UAT coordination, defect clarifications, release documentation, and deployment readiness reporting. I regularly present progress, risks, and mitigation plans to management, ensuring leadership has full visibility into execution health.From a quality and governance standpoint, I drive defect control, regression management, UAT readiness, and production validation, especially for high-risk modules such as dedupe logic, cheque verification, PAN–Aadhaar matching, AI-based OCR engines, and call audit systems. My approach combines traditional delivery discipline with modern Agile execution, ensuring every sprint results in stable, compliant, and business-ready solutions.
