Immunol. 2022 Dec 8; 13:10•••79.)• Led the WHO collaborative study for in vivo potency testing of inactivated Polio Vaccines.• Involved in development activities for candidate vaccines including method optimization, qualification, and/ or validation at R&D scale. Developed sensitive assays to cut off time and cost, as an alternative to spec methods for ROTAVAC (Successfully accomplished 97%-time reduction as identity & potency assay)• Leading a team of 13 people [including 3 PhD’s] for Quality Operation activities (commercial andpipeline products) for Monkeypox virus, Adenovirus (Intranasal COVID-19 vaccine [BBV174,BBV178]), Influenza vaccine, OPV, sIPV, Cororab & Cell Culture Facility. Supporting DScharacterization, stability studies and release assay as per regulatory guidelines and troubleshooting during the manufacturing process. Liaising with CTLs for NGS, Karyotyping & TEM and data release forBioprocess samples.• Overall planning, design, supervision & review of all analytical methods involved in characterization ofbioprocess samples of vaccine candidates.• Regulatory Compliance, GMP/GLP, SOP/STP, Method validation, Report preparation, Methoddevelopment reports as per regulatory guidelines & audit preparation, served as external auditor for CTLs.
