ABOUT MOHAMMAD FARHAN

As the Head HR at Sunbeam Group of Educational Institutions, I lead and manage the recruitment, training, and development of the staff and faculty, ensuring the quality and diversity of the talent pool. I also design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization\'s vision and values, and comply with the CBSE norms and regulations. With a Master\'s degree in Industrial Relation and Personnel Management (HR) from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth, I have a strong academic background and a passion for learning and innovation. I have been working with Sunbeam since 2015, starting as an Internet Expert and TRC Incharge in the Computer Department, where I provided various internet-related services and support to the Principal and the teachers. I also updated and maintained the school website and the Facebook page, enhancing the online presence and reputation of the institution. Currently working as an Head HR. My core competencies include HR policies, interviewing, hiring etc. I am motivated by creating dynamic and efficient teams, building innovative and cost-effective processes, and increasing the productivity and overall performance of the operational and research units. My goal is to fuel the growth of both the organization and myself, and to make a positive impact on the education sector.
