Develop and implement BSA / AML / OFAC Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) for the U.S. and Canada. Support Chief Compliance Officer with team management. Manage tracking systems and assists with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics. Assist the Chief Compliance Officer with gathering and completing periodic Key Risk Indicator (KRI) metrics. Complete BSA / AML / OFAC and other compliance program reviews, procedure development, and red flag development. Lead enterprise training development and delivery on topics related to BSA / AML, OFAC, L&R, and consumer compliance areas.
