I lead building performance at the intersection of energy modelling, airtightness, and whole-life carbon—helping teams and clients make technically sound, cost-effective, and future-ready decisions.I am an Associate and Building Performance Group Leader at RJC Engineers, where I work across new construction and deep retrofits on complex projects ranging from affordable housing to large institutional and mixed-use developments. My work spans energy modelling, whole-building airtightness testing, embodied carbon and LCA, climate risk, and low-carbon design optimization.I specialize in translating technical analysis into clear, actionable decisions—bridging the gap between design intent, code compliance, constructability, and cost. Whether it’s optimizing a project to meet the Energy Step Code, Zero Carbon targets, or reducing capital costs through early-stage scenario testing, my focus is always on practical results with measurable impact.Beyond project delivery, I lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, develop internal processes and SOPs, and actively contribute to industry education through teaching, conference presentations, and published research.
