ABOUT MOHAMMAD BADHESHA

I am an ambitious Electronics and Communication Engineering student at SR University, actively shaping my future in the global semiconductor ecosystem. My journey includes a rare opportunity to visit Micron Memory Japan’s Fab 15 in Hiroshima, where I witnessed real-world fabrication processes inside one of the world’s leading memory fabs. I also explored the Research Institute of Semiconductor Engineering at Hiroshima University, gaining firsthand exposure to advanced device research and innovation. Selected as a member of Japan’s Sakura Science Club, I participated in international knowledge exchange programs that strengthened my global outlook, technical curiosity, and passion for VLSI. These experiences pushed me to dive deeper into circuit design, device behavior, and semiconductor manufacturing. My research portfolio includes multiple conference papers, spanning multipliers, adders, latches, and flip-flop architectures—reflecting my dedication to understanding digital circuits at a deeper, transistor-level detail. Alongside research, I completed an AIoT internship at NIT Warangal, developing an AI-based crop disease prediction system with cloud integration—showcasing my ability to combine hardware understanding with intelligent systems. With hands-on skills in HSpice, TSpice, Vivado, LTspice, Python, and C, I constantly explore how circuits behave, how systems scale, and how design choices transform performance. I stay active in leadership and event coordination, driven by the belief that technical growth and community impact should go hand in hand. I’m committed to building a career in VLSI, ASIC design, and semiconductor research, and I thrive in environments that value curiosity, innovation, and global perspective.
