Closed FAT for Pilot and Giga coating machines, resolving all process and mechanical gaps. Delivered O&M, safety, and quality training programs for Slot-Die and Gravure equipment. Standardized coating parameters and drying profiles to stabilize yield during Pilot → Giga scale-up. Implemented coating defect control and monitoring to reduce recurring issues and improve FPY.
