The BOD will be maintaining in a current condition throughout the project phases by a regular review and updates.• Preparation of Datasheet as per EDDR, specification for valve Line pipe, Flanges etc.• Mechanical design calculation for pipeline thickness, Buoyancy calculation, buckling calculation, Thrust anchor load calculation, Induced pressure load calculation on anchor flanges etc.• Develop specification for the design material selection procurement installation testing commissioning and operation of the various pipelines in services with company.• Coordinate land acquisition and secure pipeline right of way ROW easement.• Coordinate and develop pipeline engineering plans and specification including pig launcher and receiver.• Managed pipeline stress design in the Detailed Engineering phase, performing calculations using advanced simulation software to ensure durability and safety under varying conditions. • Conducted stress analysis for pipelines to ensure integrity and compliance with design codes and standards during the Engineering Phase.• FEED (Front-End Engineering Design): Supported the FEED phase by optimizing pipeline layouts and stress points, identifying and resolving potential stress-related issues, and contributing to risk assessments.
