Rugs are in me since birth, and I believe it\'s blessings. What inspired me is the texture of it, the design can be copied but texture is something unique. Apart from that the skilled artisian, they are true jewel and I salute to their dedication, motivation and consistency towards it, without them rug is not possible. Each rugs speaks it\'s own story, having them in you\'re home is having blessings and culture of people around the globe.Responsibilities and strength:Planning: Actively participating in planning strategy and assuring that efficient plan has been made. Assuring right work is distributed to right person.Quality Assurance: Making sure that the carpets and rugs meet basic quality and assurance with standards by government. Regular visit to factories for quality check and assuring its up to mark.Reporting and communication: Preparing final reports for export and imports of rugs and actively and quick responsive to the existing clients.Merchandise: Helping client by delivering right product by the choice, having knowledge and supplier from Belgium, Indonesia, India, China and Turkey.Negotiation: Having been born up in rug industry, I know the price of even yarn, I make sure the worth of rug is paid to it\'s supplier, reducing cost wastage to my clients and their customers.Audit: Regular engagement with carpet artisans and making sure that they are well paid, participating in regular exibition and speaking for their benefits and well being to improve the living standard for them.Shipping and sampling: Maintaining all documents and process for shipping of carpets & samples, following up with agents and making sure it should reach on time without delay with a best quality.
