About Mohammad Alshare
I have passed all four sections of the Uniform CPA exam. I am currently working at Deloitte & Touche LLP as an Audit and Assurance Senior Assistant. I was a graduate teaching assistant for the ACCT 200 class at The University of Kansas School of Business. I have a passion for teaching and mentoring people. I genuinely enjoy explaining complex concepts to students. I have experience in both audit and tax. I have filed individual tax returns for individuals who made or less. In 2019 and 2020, I was VITA certified by the Internal Revenue Service. This meant that I was qualified enough to file tax returns for low-income individuals. I worked as an audit intern at KPMG. During this internship, I conducted entity-level control testing to evaluate the design and implementation. Additionally, I helped prepare and document the test of operating effectiveness for multiple controls ranging from entity-level controls to business process controls.
