Supervise the quality control functions & activities of a project or its parts, including quality control inspection schedules and the collections of all the offshore quality records. Assesses the implementation of the project quality plan on site offshore. Allocate quality control personnel to the various areas and shifts for barge construction activities. Supervises inspections reports and the documentation issued by inspectors collect and file the required quality records. Raise corrective action/Non-conformance reports as required and monitors their development and resolution. I Involve in inspection stages of all piping activities from fabrication,erection,line checking,packagePreparation and review,punch list preparation.hydrotesting,reinstatement and dossier submission.I follow up the PWHT requirements of the project and PWHT audits. To ensure that the required technical competence in welding & NDT works are maintained by the Specialized contractor. Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
