Effectively tracking shipments, uploading ASN in the ERP, and continuously following up with forwarders and logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials for smooth production.11. Handling receiving challenges, quality issues, and working on return to vendor by closely following up with suppliers to return defective goods rejected in quality check.12. Working closely with the accounts payable team and vendors for any overdue payments, pre-payments, and solving invoice discrepancies to ensure timely payment arrangements.13. Managing vendor development by supplier analysis, evaluation & quarterly performance ratings for their support, service, price points, responsiveness, etc.
