My background includes more than ten years of experience working in food manufacturing industry. i was responsible for all activities that occur within the manufacturing facility. as a Plant Manager i had to operate effectively as a leader with direct responsibility for manufacturing and key support process operations. to lead through influence in a matrix organization in relation to additional functions that occur at the facility, such as shipping, quality and maintenance. Iam a self-motivated person with strong initiative, as well as possessing a solid and proven decision-making and problem-solving skill set. The goal was always to achieve continuous improvements in the areas of safety, efficiency, quality, customer service and leadership so as to deliver financial profitability for the plant.
