Handling over all Karnataka, Goa & Orissa in a role of Regional Training Manager for TVS Motor Company Ltd.• Talent development and Capability Building. • Conduct various training programmes for Talent Development.• Prepare monthly training calendar and ensure all training programmes to be conducted as per calendar (100%). • Conducting different type of training program which includes Functional, Process and Behavioral. • Plan & Conduct the TVSM Territory Managers, Area Managers, National Sales Manager, Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, Quality Managers, Sales Planner, Cluster Planners, Management Trainees & Dealership Trainings to Enhance Knowledge, Performance & to monitor the sales process (TVSM)• To keep a record of all the progress of sales employees and report to the Project Manager and Director also take a feedback and direction for future projects, to keep the team motivated in working for the client. Keep them interested to achieve the target.• Identifying and assessing future and current training needs.• Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan.• Deploying a wide variety of training methods.• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.• Provide opportunities for ongoing development.• Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.• Design, Prepare, Manage and Conduct NSC (National Skill Contest).• Maintaining & Operating LMS Platform for extended learning.• Represent my area reports in monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annually Reviews with HOD’s.• Represent our ideas for the next month plans.
