With a strong background in application engineering and field service support, I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer experiences.In my role as an Application Engineer at DEIF INC, I have successfully performed tests on DEIF products, developed technical solutions for Microgrid projects, and conducted customer-facing activities such as start-up and commissioning. Additionally, I have delivered technical trainings, prepared and presented technical presentations at conferences and trade shows, and commissioned DEIF controllers for various systems.During my tenure as a Field Service Engineer at Eaton, I provided comprehensive field service support for low, medium, and high voltage systems, including acceptance testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting. I consistently demonstrated my ability to handle newly designed and experimental equipment, instilling confidence in customers and ensuring their satisfaction.I have a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
