Performing daily ESP and well surveillance for conventional wells (SA-SAGD -Thermal Operation) and Unconventional wells using industry tools such as XSPOC (WinTMC), SCADA, Pump Checker, SEEQ, and Lookout to monitor well operating behavior.Analyzing performance trends and identifying operational challenges including gas interference, high motor temperature, unstable intake conditions, and frequent trips.Preparing structured daily surveillance summaries and observations to support operational decisions and field execution.Providing technical recommendations to improve ESP stability and run life, including control-mode adjustments, gas lock protection tuning, and operating parameter optimization.Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and clients through regular discussions and review meetings to evaluate well performance and align on corrective actions.Reviewing Dismantle, Inspection, and Failure Analysis (DIFA) reports to understand ESP failure mechanisms and support preventive improvements for future runs.Actively developing knowledge in ESP system behavior and design fundamentals, including pump performance curves, basic IPR–VLP concepts, and system optimization logic, to strengthen decision-making and long-term reliability.
