Implement adequate EGEC Local & Expat recruitment system for Local and International projects based on careful determination of required positional competencies through coordinating, screening, interviewing, offering and hiring the best talented caliber in the market to fill EGEC vacancies in alignment with corporate Recruitment Policy.•Meet with the new project stake holders to collect the required information about the project, total external vacancies and agree on vacancies closures deadlines.•Communicate the assigned new project external requirements to the Recruitment team members to start the recruitment process as assigned to each recruiter.• Follow up on a regular basis with the Recruitment team members to collect recommended candidates’ recommendations to ensure vacancies’ requirements will be delivered on the requested deadlines.•Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.•Responsible for leading the Admin team who updates the company database.•Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.•Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.•Conduct headhunting campaigns for managerial level or work with selected head-hunters, if required, to source and select appropriate candidate.•Updating the man-power plan with Division Heads, which will help in identifying hiring needs across all departments & adding proper hiring channel whether internally or externally.•Assists the HR Manager in any needed tasks.
