ABOUT MOHAMED OMAR

Focused on student success, academic quality, and building systems that actually help students graduate and move forward in their careers.In my role as Graduate and Student Services Manager at Academia Medical Institute, I oversee student success initiatives, graduate tracking, NCLEX preparation, and institutional engagement. I work closely with faculty and leadership to improve retention, strengthen outcomes, and make sure students are prepared not just for licensure, but for long term success.I have led major institutional initiatives including commencement ceremonies, nursing pinning ceremonies, health and career fairs, and student leadership programs. My work also includes accreditation support, placement verification, and using data to drive better decision making and accountability across the institution.In addition to my work in higher education, I serve on Grove City Council representing Ward 5. This role allows me to stay grounded in the community, advocate for residents, and contribute to thoughtful, forward looking decision making at the local level.I hold a Master of Education from Tiffin University and a bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky University.I care deeply about building strong institutions, supporting people in meaningful ways, and creating systems that make a real difference.
