Mohamed Muaaz S is currently working as a L1 IT production support engineer for American manufacturing client Airliquide. My daily task includes monitoring customers Linux,AWS, Windows and other production and non production servers through tools like ServiceNow and Solarwinds and esclates the down alerts,CPU and Memory alerts and file system alerts to all Technical Tower Teams to bring back severs up and make my customer happy. Preparing Follow up and Critical Alert reports on daily basis for the all Tech tower teams and customer and making sure to give proper handover to the next shift people in the form of Shift handover report and via offline. Supporting and working in 24 × 7 environment Additionally use to perform AIX activities like performing on demand storage backup activities,taking snapshots of several on demand severs for client.Initially I started the my role as AWS Cloud contact Centre Engineer for Australian client Foxtel where I build complete end to end chat bot services using AWS services like Amazon Lex, Amazon Connect,S3,DyanamoDB,Lambdaa and SNS.There after, I have joined my next project Mobily Saudi Arabia as Project Management Officer.I was single person to handle all onboarding the associates right from sourcing the right candidate for the client and to manage associate end to end onboarding request. Managing the account of 500 team members for their Timesheet Management, Leave Management, Employees Travel Request and Visa Management for their onsite deputation period. Managing complete data of 500 members in the form of reports.
