Technical Project / Program Manager - Leading the end to end delivery of data acquisition, Med claims, Provider, Info Layer & BI Analytics Reporting (SSRS/Cubes) projects in Enterprise Information Mgmt (EIM) space.Manage the program/project from initiation through delivery by working closely with the stakeholders, developing schedule, assign the work to the team and monitor the project health.Sr Test Manager & Automation Solution Test Architect - Defined the overall test methodology, QA automation, tool identification, execution approach within scaled agile framework by owning QA activities and deliverable for multiple scrum teams. Ensure testing coverage and collaborate with cross-functional agile team members outside the EIM program, product management, DW architecture, program management and vendor partners. Defined road-map, timelines and deliverable\'s for TCoE set-up activities to support testing within both Waterfall and Agile methodologies in a very complex environment. Estimation Tools and Processes, Automation, Test Data Management and recommends changes which benefit the end user with increased efficiency and accuracy.Program & Portfolio Manager - Maintain the portfolio backlog, program /Project level budgeting, forecasting, estimation and time tracking. Provide technical & mgmt. direction to agile core team by ensuring they get appropriate support from Agile extended team (say DevOps) & Product Owners in order to meet the release / Sprint timelines.Technical Product Manager -Ensure unique value based on customer demands. Create and execute the product features / capabilities through PLC phases (i.e. from ideation through delivery) and post launch support by working with technology delivery team in Enterprise Analytics. Responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Product Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual & technical integrity of the Features or components
