Acting as a CSPS, my every day role is to support the team with necessary measures and process updates to our customs department. Diving deep into the established process to find the scalability of the process with business growth and also looking for opportunities to optimize and increase the efficiency of the team. Taking on new project requests in the areas of the business where new process maps are to be established and optimal process to be drawn. Also challenging myself to look on for the leads for process automation using AI and Robotics. Currently supporting the export department with the migration from CHIEF to CDS by sharing the experience attained for a smoother transition. Also learning the newly incorporated Air and Sea customs clearance processes. Below are the up to date significant accomplishments in the new role:*Sub Project Lead in CHIEF to CDS migration: Leading the migration of Imports team from customs platform CHIEF to CDS, this experience helped me to understand on how to set up a project, conduct it and lead it to the end goal even with lot of challenges. Along with leading the project, I also served as the lead trainer for the training of the import declarants including overseeing the preparation of training materials by the project members.*Specialized in all customs clearance procedures (CHIEF & CDS): Supporting the customs department as the expert in clearance procedures, research and rolling out of trainings required of the team *Dachser expert in customs operations *Specialized in AEO operations and compliance
