Integrated within both the IT Department (DSI) and the Finance Department, as part of the Studies and Projects Division, I work as a Project Manager – Business Analyst (MOA/AMOA) to lead Finance IT transformation projects and ensure the technical and functional continuity of key applications: ISIE, Sage Tagetik, Expensya, Yooz.I act as the cross-functional liaison between the Finance business teams (Accounting, Management Control, Treasury) and the IT Department, ensuring alignment between business needs, technical constraints, and strategic transformation goals. Key Responsibilities Operational and functional management of the Finance Information System • Daily support to business users (incident resolution, user support, training). • Functional configuration of applications (business rules, referentials, user rights). • Monitoring of anomalies and coordination with software vendors (ISIE, Sage Tagetik, Yooz, Expensya). • Implementation of recurring data quality controls. Project management – Finance IT transformation • Scoping, planning, and management of transformation projects (e-invoicing, dematerialization, automation, regulatory updates). • Drafting of business requirements and detailed functional specifications. • Coordination of activities with IT and external service providers. • Execution of functional test campaigns (UAT) and monitoring of bug fixes. • Business support during deployment phases (training, change management). Documentation and knowledge management • Drafting and maintenance of procedures, user guides, and functional specifications. • Active participation in Finance IT steering committees and regular reporting to management.
