About Mohamed Kader
I am currently a Civil Engineering EIT at Yalgo LLC, where I work in Land Development. As an engineer I work in every single aspect of residential land development from start to finish, I create lot layouts based on drainage, design storm and sewer systems, grade streets and lots, create construction plans. I work with softwares such as Auto Cad with Carlson Civil, HEC-HMS, Winstorm, and KYPipe. I previously worked as a Structural Design Engineering Intern at Crown Castle, where I performed structural analysis of telecommunication towers and foundations, produced reports for review and approval by an experienced engineer, provided support on insufficient towers by coming up with modification cost estimate, and assessed risk of failure. I used ASCE-7, IBC codes and standards to analyze the towers, and I also worked alongside with the Project Manager to ensure database accuracy, and fulfill customer requirements. I also have years of work experience in Customer Service, and management so I am excellent at communicating, and have great experience in leadership.
