I am a Doctor of Pharmacy graduate currently pursuing a Clinical Pharmacy Residency in Infectious Diseases at JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysuru. My professional focus is centered on the optimization of pharmacotherapy and the advancement of patient safety through evidence-based, interdisciplinary clinical practice.My clinical foundation was established during my internship at ACSR Government General Hospital, where I gained comprehensive experience in patient care and medication management. Building upon this foundation, I have been actively engaged in a broad spectrum of clinical pharmacy services, including Antimicrobial Stewardship Programs, Medication Therapy Management, Prescription Auditing, Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring, Medication Reconciliation, Patient Counseling, and Therapeutic Drug Monitoring.Through my Residency in Infectious Diseases, I am deepening my expertise in antimicrobial pharmacotherapy, infection prevention, and resistance mitigation. Guided by a commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care, I strive to enhance therapeutic outcomes, promote rational medication use, and contribute to the continual evolution of evidence-based healthcare practice.
