Assist to direct digital innovation for all Group employee services also with a view to the overall Employee Experience • Active participation in the “Core HR Project” which aims to provide all the entites of Intesa Sanpaolo Group in more than 35 country with a modern and consistent suite of HR digital services, as already present in Italy, and achieve economies of scale at global level in HR services • Responsible for design and planning of all change management initiatives/activities related to the “Core HR Project” to present a new global “HR mindset” • Analyze current business and operational models related to HR activities for all global entities • Help in designing a new Digital Onboarding Platform for new employees • Coordinating and working on cross functional projects with different divisions inside the group to drive the HR transformation projects
