Responsibilities include patient documentation for Emergency Center attending physicians by transcribing patient history, current symptoms, physical examinations, and real-time documentation of events leading to medical decision making. These include any phone consultations, patient re-evaluations, imaging studies (CT, X-ray, MRI, US), lab studies (CBC, BMP, CMP, Glucose, Lipids, PT, UA, UC, etc.), and medications ordered.
