Working as the first and only OOP developer within commercial banking business transformation Data Services team at my location which had to set a new development team to meet new government requirements to support British businesses recovering from COVID-19. Lloyds was looking for a self-starter who can work independently. This is a hybrid role where I had to take significant responsibility to decide on what tech to use in setting up the new team. Successfully independently developed the core functionality of a (Greenfield) application to move customers between different products and independently built a dockerised devops pipeline to deploy it. • Saved bank almost 500K annually by managing commercial clients through independently building of containerised asp.net core webapp running on IBM private Cloud with all the core functionality using.net core and jQuery and azure OpenID Conenct (OAuth2.0). • Ensure fulfilment of Lloyds’s security requirements, including tech like SonarQube, NexusIQ, AqueSec by independently developing a Jenkins Docker farm, serving as the CI/CD DevOps pipeline. • Uncovered and presented innovative ways to develop infrastructure in line with Lloyds strict policies by conducting research and co-ordinating with wider engineering community in Lloyds. • Collaborating with the business team to discuss designs and business requirements. • Writing stored procedures to support the app. • Attending meetings to clarify technical aspects of the application and tech used.
