Serving as the single point of accountability for successful customer engagements, while also exploring opportunities for additional business. I provide strategic direction, delivery excellence, and oversight, driving revenue growth, profitability, and continuous customer satisfaction. My core responsibilities for PSO engagements include: Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships with key decision-makers and acting as a trusted advisor. Leading project/program managers to ensure on-time delivery within defined budgets and managing financials to adequately staff successful engagements per the SOW. Approving PSO SOWs and staffing allocations, while also aligning with the account team on objectives and financial targets. Supporting the overall account delivery strategy and approving partner/PSO SOW milestones and deliverables. Managing partners contracted through the PSO organization, collaborating with the account team to develop effective partner strategies with a laser focus on customer satisfaction and program financials. Accountable for the escalation and resolution of PSO delivery issues and actively supporting monthly and quarterly business reviews with both customers and Google leadership.
