Return to Sterile Validation Center of Excellence group left in 2018. Role accountable for development of new Process Validation architecture in company’s Quality Management System. Also served in an interim leadership role for a team of 10 engineers and 1 contractor responsible for design of Single Use Systems for organization’s needs. • Developed new Process Validation architecture for the company and worked with global site network for implementation and rollout. Ensure fit for purpose Process Validation guidance that is compliant with current regulatory expectations. Served as leader of Continued Process Verification Community of Practice as well as Merck representative for Process Validation workstreams at PDA and ISPE. • Provided Process Validation support and oversight for launch and release of Merck COVID therapy, Molnupiravir. Served as Process Validation SME on several critical program milestones to navigate Process Validation related challenges. • Drove a team of 10 engineers and 1 contractor to provide fit for purpose Single Use assemblies across global Merck site network. Managed global supply chain constraints to aid sites in identifying alternate assemblies to manage potential manufacturing disruptions.
