ABOUT MOHAMED ABDELMOULA

My name is Mohamed Abdelmoula. I moved to the United States in September 2021, and like many others, I started by learning English and working hard to build a new life. In 2022, I worked at Fountainhead Group as an assembler and accounting assistant on the second shift. When the shift changed to first, I left to explore new opportunities.In 2023, I joined ConMed as a medical assembler, and at the same time, I found my passion for technology. I started studying IT on my own — reading books, learning online, and practicing every day. Despite facing many rejections when applying for tech jobs, I never gave up.Eventually, I landed my first technical support role. It was challenging at first, but I kept learning, building my skills, and growing my confidence. I now have hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure, and computer support, and I’ve earned my CompTIA A+ certification. I also built my own home lab and volunteer to help others through tech support and cybersecurity education.I share my journey to encourage others: don’t give up. Life is full of challenges, but with consistency and the right mindset, anything is possible. Surround yourself with people who believe in your growth — and remember, someone is always clapping for your success.
