ABOUT MOHAMED ABBAS KARIM

I am an experienced Corporate Financier at Bishopsgate, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). I am a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW, ACA) and I graduated from King\'s College London.I have worked as Lead Advisor to both SMEs and Corporates, advising on and executing transactions involving Private Equity and Trade. My expertise spans both domestic and cross-border M&A deals, as well as experience on buy-side and sell-side due diligence assignments - working on deal values ranging from £5m - £300m+.
