My work involves the entire process of typical machine learning projects including data preparation and preprocessing, data splitting, modelling, evaluation and deployment. This includes:\\\\n\\\\n- Conceptualize, formulate and develop machine learning solutions in an agile software development process.\\\\n- Implement end-to-end automated system for deploying production machine learning pipelines and managing resources.\\\\n- Develop business reporting tools and perform data analysis that assist technical business units in their decision-making.\\\\n- Cleaning data by handling missing, ambiguous and duplicate entries which led to improving results and less disk-storage.\\\\n- Monitoring data and concept drifts on the production data to ensure running at an expected level of performance.\\\\n- Design, optimize and train neural network and gradient boosting models for classification on highly imbalanced data.\\\\n- Reduced training time from circa 2 days to 2 hours, while increasing accuracy by featurization and redesigning models.\\\\n- Collaborate with other software developers and business managers to develop needed operational systems.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
