Provide line of business technical support, interfacing with ICT team: Manufacturing Engineering, Production Control, and the local Union. • Provide day to day production support for ICT systems, manufacturing and upgrades while executing the ICT strategic direction.• Perform implementation and 1st level support of mission critical plant applications; includes a functional knowledge of all plant applications used by local plants, ability to troubleshoot system issues, manage and/or configure application and application access, including (but is not limited) to: o MPTS, FIS, MPTS, UPS, Mainframe Systems, Royal Tool, Andon, OPC (Kepware), MDT, and Factory Asset Center. Provide launch support related to planning, engineering, design, testing, approvals, funding and integration of ICT systems while working with Manufacturing Engineering and ICT launch teams • Assist ICT hardware and software, including: o Inventory, asset management, repair, disposal, warranty and replacement. Assist in planning and execution of WCM Data Center audit, compliance, and remediation • Analyze business processes and make recommendations for improvements • Interface with plant and ICT management to obtain requirements, resolve related issues and escalate as appropriate • Adhere to governance by maintaining ICT standards and guidelines within the local ICT infrastructure • Ensure all technologies that are incorporated into the physical environment are approved for use by following change control processes • Interact with IT and 3rd party vendor helpdesk to raise and resolve issues and deploy solutions.• Coordinate internal and external resources to accomplish requirements objectives, including requirements change management.• Fulfill WCM goals and requirements as defined by local plant management and the ICT organization as required (Kaizans, suggestions, etc.)
