Interact with team members and FedEx facility management.o Communicating with management, supervisors and operators to develop production standards and to evaluate and monitor equipment costs and process status. o Apply project management fundamentals and concepts for multiple concurrent projects. Develop progress reports, meeting minutes, field communication memos and presentations for management review.o Comply with all applicable Port authority laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
