Spearheaded end-to-end pipeline developments, data preprocessing software development and built Structural Equation Modelling based statistical tool to help government of Assam prepare better for flood disaster management. Developed a python based command line tool MetReTrim, with options for Docker and Singularity containerisation, for data preprocessing of data generated out of our novel high-throughput single amplicon sequencing method, that reduces the cost of conventional Illumina method and improves sequence quality.
