Worked on cetacean population surveys which aimed to learn more about cetacean species diversity and distribution of specific populations in the local area.Helping initiate the marine habitat mapping program which provides a better understanding of the different kinds of marine habitats present.Utilized GIS software, technical knowledge on project planning and management of marine development projects.Conducting regular qualitative surveys of fisheries landed in the local ports.Involved in coral surveying and restoration projects. Helping with volunteer diver training and processing data obtained from the surveys. Also helping with developing experimental reefs with the aim of establishing new artificial marine habitats.
