About Moha Feroz Hossen
I am a PhD candidate in Nanoengineering at North Carolina A&T State University, with a focus on solid state defects in 2D materials for quantum technology. I have a master\'s degree in applied physics and Electronic Engineering from University of Rajshahi, where I also completed my Bachelor\'s degree. As a Yield Device Intern at Intel Corporation, I applied my skills in CMOS device physics, test and characterization, data analysis, and fabrication process to optimize transistor performance and identify critical modulators of dynamic capacitance. I also collaborate with Oak Ridge National Laboratory to investigate quantum properties of artificially created defects on monolayer MoS2, using advanced techniques such as CVD, MOCVD, C-AFM, KPFM, and Raman Spectroscopy. I have multiple publications in reputed journals and certifications in nanotechnology, plastic electronics, and Python programming. I am passionate about contributing to technological innovations and solving complex problems in device engineering, process engineering, or R&D position. I anticipate graduating in May 2024 and I am actively seeking full-time opportunities in these fields.
