About Mogili Vijender

I work with founders and leadership teams who have moved beyond the excitement of starting up and are now facing the harder work of building organisations that last. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across social enterprises, NGOs, government-linked initiatives, and ecosystem institutions, closely engaging with founders as they navigate growth, leadership pressure, governance questions, and the constant tension between purpose and scale. What I’ve seen repeatedly is that many social enterprises don’t struggle because of a lack of intent or effort; they struggle because leadership capacity, judgment, and systems don’t evolve at the same pace as ambition. That is where my work sits. How I support founders and leadership teams. I mentor founders when the questions are no longer tactical, but structural and human - How do I grow without diluting purpose- When do systems enable impact, and when do they quietly constrain it- What leadership decisions will still make sense five or ten years from now- How does a founder transition from doing everything to stewarding an institution? My coaching and mentoring are field-grounded, reflective, and systems-aware - I don’t work with templates or one-size-fits-all frameworks - I help leaders see trade-offs clearly, strengthen judgment, and make decisions they can stand by over time. Where this experience comes from - My work spans livelihoods, women’s empowerment, inclusive development, and social enterprise ecosystems. I’ve been closely involved in incubation, enterprise development, capacity building, and institutional strengthening across both grassroots contexts and structured programs. Alongside institutional roles, I’ve also been part of entrepreneurial and organisational building efforts, which shaped my understanding of what works in theory versus what holds in practice. Today, I coach and mentor social entrepreneurs Non profit leaders through national and global platforms and engage selectively in governance and advisory roles where long-term thinking, accountability, and institutional health are taken seriously. I mentor a small number of founders and leadership teams each year, usually when experience and judgment matter more than advice or speed. My work is guided by a simple question: what will still hold for the founder, the organisation, and the community many years from now?

Support early-stage and growing social enterprises as a mentor and expert, working closely with founders on clarity of purpose, value propositions, leadership challenges, and growth pathways.
