I’m an AI Product Designer focused on how large language models and generative systems can redefine how people learn, create, and make decisions.My journey started in 2008, when I co-founded a small studio that built interactive learning apps reaching more than students. That experience sparked a lasting curiosity about how technology can adapt to human cognition and make learning more intuitive and scalable.Since 2019, I’ve designed AI-driven products that merge design, data, and human performance. My work has evolved from predictive analytics and conversational interfaces to LLM-powered experiences, AI copilots, and retrieval-augmented learning systems that turn static content into adaptive, context-aware interactions.At Amazon, I lead UX for internal learning and content tools used by over a million employees.    At Amazon, I lead design for large-scale learning and content systems within the People Experience Technology organization. My work centers on how LLMs and generative AI can simplify complexity, scale knowledge, and make internal learning more adaptive and intelligent.I partner closely with applied scientists, PMs, and engineers to integrate LLMs for intelligent authoring, summarization, and knowledge retrieval, designing user experiences that transform how employees discover and engage with learning content.Beyond individual features, I define frameworks and design patterns for AI copilots, prompt design, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) interfaces, ensuring transparency, trust, and usability across Amazon’s internal ecosystem.My current focus is advancing the company’s AI learning infrastructure: building products that help people learn faster, remember longer, and make better decisions through intelligent systems.
