Contribute to the development, design and construction of multimillion-pound utility-scale solar and BESS projects ranging from 50MW to 600MW throughout the UK and Ireland- Lead engineering delivery for 150MW under construction Fiddlers Ferry BESS and 150MW under commissioning Ferrybridge BESS- Drive and co-ordinate the technical aspects from conceptualisation, through planning, and construction, ensuring adherence to designs and regulatory standards including CDM- Develop and manage designs, including technical drawings and layouts- Utilise software tools such as PVSyst, PVDesign, Google Earth, and LandApp- Carry out desktop and on site visual inspection for technical constraints and wider risks- Act as technical point of contact for contractors and consultants- Conduct technical reviews of grid, land, and planning related studies and surveys- Perform Red-Flag technical due diligence for internal and acquisition projects- Prepare and review tender documents, present RFPs to TAs, and conduct technical scoring of submissions- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across development and construction phases for onshore renewable projects in the UK and Ireland.
